Photo Guideline
- Take your pet’s photo at their eye level.
- Get close to your pet, but not so close that the photo looks distorted.
- Natural outdoor light usually gives the best results, so try to avoid poor lighting.
- Don’t upload blurry photos, and make sure your pet’s ears are fully in the picture.
Please keep in mind: We use the exact photo you upload when creating your artwork. Make sure the angle fits your chosen portrait template and that you’re happy with the photo.
We’ll do our best to follow any special requests, but there are limits. For example, we can fix red eye, but we can’t change a closed mouth to an open one. If your photo doesn’t meet our guidelines, we can’t guarantee the final result will look the way you want.
All examples on our site were made from high-quality photos, so it’s important to provide a photo that meets our standards. If it doesn’t, we’ll still try our best, but the result may not match what’s shown on our website.
