Shipping Cost

Shipping costs vary for each product. We try to offer a cheaper shipping method for each product.

Shipping Times

Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.

Within the US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

Canada: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.

Important to Note

• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change

• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.

• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
